Submission Tool

Before starting the submission process, please review the important information provided on this page.

1. The abstracts should be maximum 200 words.
2. Please complete all sections.
3. The abstract submission deadline is February 1, 2023.
4. The submitted abstracts will be evaluated and ranked by the Scientific Advisory Committee of HI-AM 2023. Authors will receive a notification of acceptance and presentation format (oral or poster) on March 1, 2023.
5. The presenting authors must be registered for the conference latest by May 1, 2023. Failure to register by the presenting author will automatically remove the abstract from the conference program. Visit this page for more information about the registration fees and process.
