HI-AM Network Members: A block of rooms has been reserved at Lord Nelson Hotel for members of the NSREC HI-AM Network. The Lord Nelson Hotel is located at a walking distance of the Conference Venue (Dalhousie Student Union Building). Reservations will be made by rooming list and coordinated by conference staff.

▶ Latest check-out: June 28, 2023 | 12 PM
▶ Requesting a reservation under this room block is available to Network PI's, HQP, and members of the Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory Committee (not including members affiliated with industry or government partner organizations) for the nights of June 26 and June 27. Network members need to confirm their reservation and select their preferred arrival and departure dates when registering online. Reservations under this room block will only be accepted until the room release date of Monday, May 1, 2023. Members registering after May 1 will need to arrange their own hotel accommodations.
▶ If you select your arrival and departure dates in the registration form by May 1, 2023, your booking is confirmed for the selected dates and you are not required to contact the hotel to reconfirm the same. You will receive a booking confirmation/code in early June.
