Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation less a $75 administration fee will be accepted until Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Substitutions are welcome. No shows are responsible for payment in full and no refunds will be made as of Thursday, June 25, 2020.

To request an official invitation letter as a supporting document for your visa application, please contact us after March 1, 2020 and provide the following:
  • Proof of registration for the conference
  • Full name as it appears on your passport
  • Organization
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Expiry Date
